Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. Medium (-) yellow. The nose is clean, complex and youthful, with aromas of lemon, white peach, green herbs, blanched almonds and wet stone. All stainless steel, w/ 3 mos. of aging on the lees. Dry, med (+) to high acidity and med alcohol (12.5%). Med to med (-) in body, w/ med flavor intensity & length and a tart citrus and minerals note on the finish. Drinking well now, not intended for aging but should last for at least a couple years. A well-made, classic entry-level expression of Friulano.
