  robe grenat soutenue. Pas de signe d'évolution encore prégnant. arômes de cassis, de fruits rouges, c'est floral (Violette) puis d’agréables notes d’élevage (fumé, épices douces) et enfin un peu de cuir et sous-bois. millésime faisant, c'est un vin en demi-corps, avec des tanins très souples mais un joli jus. Belle équilibre, bonne longueur pour un vin commence développer de la complexité. A re-goûter dans 2-3 ans mais déjà énormément de plaisir aujourd'hui. Ce vin a l'avantage de se boire sur lui-même.
  beaucoup de classe dans ce 2007. J'ai toujours eu de belles expériences avec ce millésime, mon gout personnel et mon palais sont davantage réceptifs aux qualités et à l'essence des grands vins bordelais dans ces millésimes jugés "petits" plutôt que sur les millésimes "hors-normes" comme 2010.

  A questionable vintage. On day 1 disappointing. On 2nd day we were getting there dark berries, green bell pepper, tobacco, wood and wet forest. Dry medium body with smooth acidity. Soft but present tannins and good balance. A little short finish though, but it needed a day to get there. 90pts on day 2.

  Blackberry and leather on the nose and the leather continues with cassis on the pallets with almost a dusty kind of finish and mouth feel. Either in a down face or beginning to decline.

  Brought this to Summer Palace to share with a group of wine enthusiasts. Theme of the evening: Cabernet or Cabernet blends from 2007.
  
  Dark purple in colour with a seductive, charming nose of violets, plums, rich berries, dark chocolate and some sandalwood.
  
  On the palate the wine is soft and gentle, with a caressing touch and a blooming, flourishing finish. A very feminine styled wine which showcases the classic Margaux style.

  Kraftfuld klassisk bordeaux, der ikke var feminin på nogen måde. Nærmere hård i både duft, tannin og smag. Giver hovedpine med det samme. Bør nok have ventet 10 år. Tydelige grøn og umoden, der blev opvejet af frugten.
