Light golden colour. In the nose restrained at first, needs time. Then slightly morbid with ripe apple, yellow plums, lemon juice and yellow peach. Nuts and vanilla as well. Very clear and precise. On the palate, it's dense, very dense, but light at the same time, very linear with fresh acidity. Lemony finish. Outstanding for a Bourgogne Blanc.

Definitely pass it’s peak with a heavy dose of oxidation. Still some acidity and underlaying fruit somewhere, but not enjoyable.
