Better than before, but still muddled. Getting smoother, and deeper, but the fruit is lacking. More like a meat reduction than grapes. Drinking well now if you like it.

Surprisingly dark center, red to pink rim with a little sign of age. Balsam, tar, cherries, muted nose overall. Woody beginning, strawberry ice cream, meaty, solid tannins still, okay finish with some weedy notes. Good Barolo, quite disjoint and a little mean, drinking okay now, probably needs a few more years, but not sure it will survive.

Soft mature tannins with cherry, black fruit and graphite. Drinking nicely.
