  • Glass: Zalto Unviversal
Drunk over three days. Perfect bottle, bought at release and perfectly stored.
Clear, medium golden color. Extremely youthful!
Clean, medium+ intense, developing nose. On day one fine ripe citrus fruit, woodruff, herbs, tiny bit of petrol, some hay. On day two and three Ruwer classic flavors of cassis and elder appeared. Very dense, complex and beautiful nose.
On the palate medium-sweet with a racy, high and perfectly integrated acidity. No abv on the lable, but I would assume around 8%. This is a very clear and precise Auslese, no or very few botrytis. Ripe citrus peel, citrus zests, salty mineral notes, some woodruff and grapefruit. Very harmonious and balanced, extremely fresh and mouth-watering delicious! Dense and deep. Probably not the complexity of the Grünhaus # Auslesen, but nevertheless beautiful and with a very long, elegant and lightweight finish. At its full peak. 94
