Typical grassiness, with hints of oily minerals. Pale yellow coloring, pears and lemon on the nose. Can't argue with the price point though. A good summer white.

Consumer over three days (best on day three). Initially tight: thin and light with tart apple, pear and light lemon-lime citrus; basic and boring. Over three days it perked up, becoming quite dense and full. Some sweetness found its way into the mouth along with classic Marlborough grassiness, but what struck me was the petrol flavors and aromas the eventually came forth. Very unusual and welcoming for an entry-level SB like this. I would definitely repurchase.

Cork's: Blind Tasting: Definite Sauvignon blanc. Grass bomb, with loads of lemons and lime. That's kind of all that's going on, but it pulls it off well. Classic, simple, tasty.

Classic Marborough Sauv Blanc. Hint of grapefruit and grass. A little lite on the finish.

Great pool side wine when its 90+ degrees outside? Easy drinking. Grassy, citrus, hints of wet stone and mineral.
