Vinetasters: Clos Vougeot (Skokie, IL): Served double blind. Moderate bricking. Fairly earthy nose, with a mild dose of muddier fruit; tends towards the red side of things as well. Cool on the palate, fairly structural with more acidity and still a little bit of tannin. Shows a bit of age, I’m thinking something along the lines of 1996? My 4th, group's 10th.
