Dorato chiaro. Lungo sulle note agrumate

Tra il paglierino ed il dorato. Il naso richiama pietra bagnata, selce, gesso, pera kaiser, albicocca, kumquat, tiglio, erbe di campo. Bocca freschissima, citrina, di grande personalità. Buona la lunghezza

Not my cup of tea. Big nose with green bananas and arrak (a bit like a Pineau de Charentes). Dry with enormous acidity at this stage. Too concentrated actually. My humble suggestion would be to let these pre-phylloxera vines breath a little and allow a bit higher hl/hectar in order to get better balance OR I have misunderstood it and it needs to rest of the acidity for another 15 years?

Dorato chiaro.
