  by far the most educational glass of champagne I’ve ever drank. Out of the gate it was completely dysfunctional; the nose went one direction, while the palate took off on a completely different path. The finish however, was incredible it lasted for over 2 minutes. About two hours later the wine finally came together. The finish was gone, but the nose and palate were balanced. It had the nose of a sweet wine and smelled the best when there were only a few drops left in the glass.
