  This wine is a rarity, and it is much more than I expected. Color is a beautiful medium tone straw with high brilliancy. The nose is sensational, sending out good concentration of "clean" aromas, like detergent, cleando, and very appreciable mineral and fruity aromas, including melon, cantaloupe, and gravel. Sensational flavor profile as well, with powerful but focused intensity, nice and educated, showing cleanliness, crisp and firm medium body, nice length and structure, very neat complexity, extraordinary acidity, sharp and crisp, and all in focus. Great food pairing potential. Awesome grip towards the end. Slight off-dryness. Very convincing structure indeed. Long finish, beautiful minerality, great character, and awesome concentration of flavors. Feels very low yield.
