Clean and crisp blend of Hondarrabi Zuri with some Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratie. Green apple, lemon and wet stone. No oak. The palate is dry, with high acidity, medium alcohol (12.5%) and a slight, pleasant bitterness on the finish. This is a relatively new variety and appellation for me, and it has a surprisingly cool-climate profile. Really nice and worth seeking out as an everyday summer wine. Drink now, not intended for aging.
