Beautiful fruit. Quite candied in a way. First pour was mostly fruit and was a bit surprised by how young it felt, but it’s starting to open and getting some nice earthy waves: wet soil, mushroom and slight sarsaparilla root with good acidity. Lovely now but no need to drink; has plenty of life and development ahead of it.

Pale red in colour, a muted nose of blackcurrant and strawberry - all recognisably pinot noir. Good development but could definitely bear a few more years. Very nice - burgundian in style (to my mind anyway - I hope this is not an insult as it is not meant to be...!)

This is so deliciously drinkable. A nose of wild herbs and bitter cherries. Palate is just so well balanced. Lovely refreshing acidity and decent length of strawberries mixed with a sweeter cherry. Great wine. Will this age? Not easily in my cellar - it is just too nice already!

Loads of tannin still. Should be left for a couple more years at least
