  • A good example of an aged white burgundy that's well past its prime but not oxidized. Immaculate cork. Golden color, but not brown. No real fruit left, instead it's all vanilla and mint and cream and hazelnut. The palate lacks extract at this stage, but still has enough mineral crunch to offset the acid. No sherry/rancio flavors. Enjoyable for necroheads like me that like this sort of thing.
