  Popped, breathed in bottle 60 minutes, consumed over following 90 minutes. The oak and other flavors that were easy to identify 9 years ago have integrated and are now woven into a seamless tapestry. This has aged wonderfully. I believe it will continue to develop positively, but this was my last bottle and it performed beautifully.

  Popped, poured, followed over next 90 minutes. Singing from the first sip, this came bursting out of the bottle with a fabulous nose and palate of red fruits, leather, sweet tobacco, earth, truffle, and French Oak. A little more Oak than I might normally like, but it's still very recognizable as old world and I have to admit that in this package, it all works for me.
