Mild golden color, appropriate for the wine. Waxy, oxidative, mineral and citrus. Corked and refrigerated for 2 days then opened after a couple hours of gradual warming. Oxidative note note is mostly gone and crisp mineral comes to the fore of the mix. It's a taste you simply cannot get from a young wine. Excellent. Recommend decant based on this experience.

Brilliant and very clean, little-no oxidativeness here, with incredibly bright and tart lemon and apple fruit and stunning minerality. This was tight and needed time to open up, and it had a lot of coiled energy.

I'm fairly new to CB, but I found this to be a delightful bottle. It was sweet on the front but balanced, with a racy acidity and a dry finish. A rather shy nose, but present hazelnut and lemon flavors, it also had a slightly and pleasantly oxidized note. At $22, I wish I had bought more. I'd like to see how it develops in the short term, but I think it's really singing now.

Drank immediately very cold and got high acidity, chestnut wood, almond flavors, after letting it warm up and open for an hour it became more mellow and far less acidic.
The wine looks Yellow gold colored.
