German wine tasting (Martins office): Dark amber golden color. Mature nose with notes of black rye bread, burned sugar, caramel, orange peel, mushrooms and dried figs. Similar notes on the palate with caramel, burned sugar, mushrooms, wet stones, minerals and dried fruits, apricots and figs. It never becomes really sweet and the lively acidity keeps it crisp and on its toes. Very nice length.
