Excellent bottle, better of previous. Full body, deep ruby color. Intense black fruits, oak, vanilla, spicy and herbal notes aroma. Impressing palate of black currant, dried plum, dewberry and lingering, still juicy finish. Rich, bold and complex but very elegant and balanced, lovely berries acidity and sweet, round tannins. Best match is stewed veal or not dominant cheeses. Serve 17º - 21º. Open half hour ahead. Drink now.

  • Cabernet Sauvignon 59%, Merlot 15%, Petit Verdot 19%, Cabernet Franc 4% and Malbec 3%

Opened during Passover evening. Full body, deep ruby color. Consistent with previous tasting, intense black fruits, pepper and cedar wood aroma. Raspberry jam, dewberry and blueberry palate with long dark chocolate finish. Rich, complex and saturated but rounding, velvety and well balanced, still fresh berries acidity and completely integrated sweet tannins. Best match is roasted veal or not dominant cheeses. Serve 17º - 22º. Open about half hour ahead. Late mature and past peak already, excellent wine of excellent vintage but everything has its end, every next cellar year bring risk of degradation, drink up.
