This deep-to-opaque ruby wine is still a "puppy." Pulled way too early from the cellar, it showcases a youthful deep-to-opaque ruby robe and follows with a nose and palate of black bramble fruits, pickling spice and dried earth. Full-bodied, fresh, heavily-extracted, nicely integrated (13.9% on the alcohol spectrum) and moderately tannic, this is nothing short of outstanding Russian River Pinot. Give it some time. Drink 2015-2019.
