Sweet nose of blackcurrant, smoke, slightly harbaceous, not much complexity and not sure whether it will develop any. Sharp acidity surrounded by ripe fruit, smooth tannins, with a medium finish. Second time tasting the YY stable but I think I like the underhill shiraz better.
Yarra Yering Wine Dinner (HKMA Central): Red fruit on the nose. Simple plate of red fruit. Low tannin. The body was a little too thin for me. Lacks the complexity of Classic Bordeaux. Opened up a bit after 30 mins in the glass with some floral bouquet.
