  Tasted blind. Nailed as a St. Emilion. It’s rather elegant but not overly complex. On the other hand it can still add complexity with aging.

  Elegant, although already over its peak. Tannins are soft and acidity is medium. Terciary aromas, but not so fragant. Must have been better if drunk from 2010 thru 2015.

  It’s old world claret for sure. Earthiness, rich, needs food. We paired it with a rib eye and mushroom risotto. It was a nice match. A little black fruit left but not much. Well balanced.
