Turned out to be a great surprise. The wine is at that great stage where primary and secondary notes are melding together nicely. Tart red fruits, pencil shavings, hints of chocolate as it fades. The nose is quite beautiful and very expressive, while the palate is rather thin, both to be expected from the 2007 vintage.
In all, this is an extremely elegant wine, that is reaching it's point of maturity that I enjoy most. If you've yet to do so, it is certainly time to drink one up and see for yourself.

Le Salon du Vin de la Revue du Vin de France 2013 (Brussels): Dried fruits, some barnyard and a nice acidity at the nose. Elegant round style on the palate. This is well-balanced and ready to drink with some tertiary aromas already breaking through.

This bottle is open for business. Smooth and fruity, acid on the low side, but surprisingly solid mid-palate. Maybe not for the long term but highly enjoyable now. Good juice!

Deep red in colour. Very fruity nose. Raspberry and blackberry. Smooth and silky. Bit if surprise given such a young wine. Good balance of freshness, acidity and tannins. Lots of fruit on palate, especially raspberry and blackberry.

Classic structure, lots of acid but somewhat weak fruit. Ok for the vintage but not really worth the money.
