What a surprise. Great nose from the cork pull

Beautiful bouquet with red and dark berries and a pleasant dose of oak. Same on the palate, good acidity and round tannin. Good length. Drank from magnum. Ready now and probably the next 3+ years.

Beautiful but somewhat restrained nose of strawberries and other red fruits. On the palate, mineral notes, dust and gravel are added. The tannins are clearly noticeable for an 09 of this category and quite grainy, but well integrated. Nice length, but only moderate complexity at the moment. My impression is that the wine has been closed for a few years. In earlier years it showed more expressive, fruit-driven and elegant. I will wait at least 2-3 years with the next bottle.

- Brick color and has flavours of strawberry jam. Smooth texture with a long finish - Drank without decanting. Very smooth with some fruit forward. Probably could have used decanting for a couple hours.
