So much different than my previous bottle/tasting note on 05/28/11. This is lean with hazelnut, unripe lemon, and a touch bitter. The bitterness isn't detracting, its actually complimentary.
More complex and exotic than 5+ years ago. No more following this wine's evolution as this was my last bottle. Good night sweetheart, its time to go...

Blown away by the Raveneau 1er Cru we had the same night, but much more of a classic Chablis. Great minerality. This is a stone-driven, cold toned wine. Quite nice and well priced.

Well, for this range, a serious Chablis with a reasonable minerality and acidity, lemony side of course. Oily colour for a timid nose. Short on the palate but refreshing at the same time. Some elegacy was founded. Nicely paired a raw dozen of oysters and a grilled turbot with garlic and parsley.

Reticent nose with appley fruit, citrus and slight florality. Dry, medium bodied and rather steely on the palate. Clean appley fruit, herbs, chalk and wet stones. Mid-length finish. Racy and elegant.
