drank after 1975 St Emilion.
Initially hard to evaluate, so dramatically different. Really opened up after an hour or so. Great finish.

Waited too long, well past it's time. Still a good overall classy wine but definitely not what it could have been.

Day 1: Open half hour before dinner. Had with ribeye and spinach. Good deep purple color. Nice nose with some spice but little fruit. Best cab I've had in a long while. Would have drunk well without the meal as well. Super finish. Half bottle left. Will try again tomorrow.
Day 2: Just ok, not the same wine. Lost most of it's balance. Should have drunk it all last night. Bummer.

Did not live up to expectations. Relatively weak wine, not much of a finish. I was hoping for so much more being the second wine of Cos and in a good year.

Not much of a nose, couldn't get an sense of fruit or anything like that; seemed rather earthy and smelled of tannin. Tasted much better, not very tannic at all dispite the smell. Fruit was definitely present. Nice wine, good value, probably worth getting again. whish the nose was better.

I decanted for about an hour and it was still very blah but it opened up alot more after a couple of hours. Maybe I liked it more toward the end because I drank the most of the bottle by myself. Not much body for 45% cab. It was cheap and worth trying but probably wouldn't buy it again.
