Popped and poured, paired w sausage pasta. Open for business w plenty of ripe, sweet red cherries, low tannins, adequate acid. Delicious primary fruit, lacking complexity.

Always good, some of the best Pinot Noir made in the world. I haven’t had much California wine recently, so my pallet may be skewed towards old world, but this seemed to be sweeter than the typical Occidental.

I’m not a champagne expert, but this was quite good golden, yellow color, straw, no sign of oxidation. Nicely done.

Bottle number three tonight, last bottle, thank God was not corked like the other two. Decanted and paired with Bolognese over one hour. Sour cherries, licorice, Tanic, definitely a food wine rather than a sipper. Last glass after an hour of aeration was expectedly a little softer, easier to drink. if you have any left, give it an hour or two of air before you drink it.

Didn’t love this, a bit out of balance, may be a little too much acidity, very tart. Cloying.

oxidized - what a dissapointment. i bought a case ($100/btl) and only 3 of the 12 weren't flawed. some were corked, most pre-moxed, the last one was just flat and over the hill. the 3 over the years that weren't flawed were outstanding, but just not worth the risk..
