My first bottle from a case. Still young and fresh. Delicious. Loads of honeyed pineapple and peaches. Beautiful nose. Refreshing to drink. Hard to put down. Ample acidity.

2nd night- This seems even more honeyed and rich. Nice nose. Totally delicious from the start, through the mid-palate, and the finish. This has years ahead of it and I am looking forward to following it as it develops

Opened and only sampled a half glass of the wine as I had guests and we were distracted from this bottle that had nice aromas but was somewhat closed on the palate. I had planned to return to the bottle several nights over the following week but it never happened. Finally, last night I pulled the wine out of the refrigerator after 8 days refrigeration with only a vacuvin closure. I expected the wine might be an oxidized mess and was angry for having wasted such a nice wine. Alas, the wine proved to be in a good place and was drinking nicely. The nose had lost some of its magic but the telltale flavors of mint, tar, rose and dark and red cherry were there. The wine impressed with its durability and I expect this wine to have many excellent years of drinking ahead of it.

Very nice wine. Gently aged with good balance of fruit and mature notes. Enjoyed this which was my only bottle.

My first one of these. Delicious and refreshing. Ripe tropical fruits on the nose with a hint of the minerality to come on the palate. This leads with crisp, distinct flavors of grapefruit and other fresh fruits with just a hint of sweetness. Excellent mid body with great balance of fruit, minerality and proper acidity that keeps this constantly refreshing. Minerality takes over on the dry, pleasant finish. Excellent!

This being my first bottle, I started this cold and let it warm to see where the sweet spot was. Definitely liked this better on the cool side as it kept the wine sharply focused.
