Robust and fruity with heavy notes of black cherry. It paired well with the ham and turkey plus all of the appetizers. A few more years would have been beneficial.

Excellent wine with fruity notes; especially berries. Paired well with ham, turkey and a variety of seafood appetizers. A very nice special occasion wine.

Aged well and will probably continue to do so.

Meyer is my all time favorite cabernet sauvignon. Always consistent and ages very well. This is a bottle to impress. Deep fruit with a spectacular finish. Paired perfectly with an eclectic meal.

A semi-sweet white that impresses. Drink very cold. Hints of cantaloupe and pear with a nice smooth finish. It really is very good and semi-sweet wines are usually not my favorites.

A very nice wine that just sat in my wine cellar. I opened it to use for cooking and then finished drinking the rest. It is very smooth and the aging seems to have enhanced it. Oaky with floral and apple flavors.

This winery may not be operating any longer. I cannot find any reference to Hill Haven.

My whites in my wine cellar have been neglected. I was very surprised that this one aged so well. Even the bottle says to drink within 2 years. It was fruity, acidic and oaky. The finish was great and very smooth. Probably one of my favorite Sauvignon Blanc. Will be buying more.

This wine really surprised me. Reviews are lower but I think this is a great Champagne. It has beautiful color and very tiny bubbles. On the dry side of Brut. Very crisp with a nice finish.

Paired with Thanksgiving foods, mac and cheese and other pasta and it held up to everything. This could be a weekly Champagne.

Beautiful bottle and the Champagne is just as beautiful. Tiny bubbles with great color and a dry finish with hints of apple (?).

It held up to a variety of dishes including spicy pizza and chicken.

A great special occasion Champagne.

This bottle has aged well. It has a fruity nose and a beautiful color. The taste is smooth and after it has been exposed to air for an hour (decanted or just in a glass) it is even more wonderful. The finish is nice. Every time I serve this wine (and most years are fabulous) everyone raves. Always the first to be finished.

Amazing wine. Hestan is one of my favorite wineries although I usually just drink their Meyer line. But I splurged and this was worth the price. All who tasted it on New Year's eve were wowed.

Deep fruit with a smooth finish. This would also be great aged longer but was near perfect tonight.

This was an amazing Champagne. The bubbles were small and the color was an amber. I had been saving this bottle and was happy that it aged so well. Very nice fruity notes and a beautiful finish.

I typically don't like creamy type drinks. But I sampled this in store and it is very good.

It could be added to coffee, poured over ice or I am considering using it as the liquid for brownies.

I purchased this 3 years ago. Last year I drank from the same vintage and it was very good but I think the aging helped. This really is an exceptional Champagne for this price point.

You can taste hints of yeast, minerals and fruit. I think I detected some oak as well. None of those are prominent as it blends very well with a slightly sweet (very slight) finish.

Nice color with very small bubbles.

The Hestan Meyer Cabs are consistently phenomenal. This wine is excellent served colder, warmer, with almost any food, decanted or not. Long time fan. It is fruity with a smooth finish. My all time favorite cabernet.

Normally I love Hestan wines and Malbecs but I really didn't like this one. The most prominent taste was pepper but it was the lingering aftertaste that ruined it for me. I tried this cold, serving temperature and room temperature. I also tried it aerated, decanted and any other way I could think of. Then I tried it the next day and with a neighbor and still a hearty thumbs down from the both of us. Even tried with different food combos. It just was one of the worst wines I have tried in years.

Very nice sparkling for this price point. I chilled it extra cold and the tiny bubbles were very active. Nice color and creamy taste. Pairs well with just about everything.

I upped my rating as this is much better when it has a chance to breathe. Nice oak flavor with prominent berry flavor.
