Beautiful expression of Austrian Riesling could have gone another 10 years. The fruit was mainly tropical and citrus in nature, but the complexity came from the minerality of the wine singing.

As someone who generally doesn't love Rhone white's this wine is great. The viognier sings with uncommon and balanced acid, the other expected players bring wonderful roundness of fruit.

So much longevity left on this wine. The structure, acid, and alcohol were perfectly in balance. Turned earth and mushrooms wound harmoniously with raspberries and cherry.

Stunning gewurztraminer! Bouquet of flowers, rose water, ginger, exotic tropical fruit. Alcohol was perfectly in balance, still had good acidity (by gewurztraminer). Wish I had more bottles.

Delicious expression of Chablis. Paired perfectly with scallops. The fruit was crisp but with the right amount of malo to add depth and richness. Oak was very restrained. Mineral and floral accents rounded the wine out.

Absolutely sensational as always. Just what you would expect from Reynvaan. Beautiful spectrum of violets, dark fruit, turned earth, cracked pepper, iodine. Exactly what you would expect from the terroir and producer.

Sensational! So much fun to drink lambrusco from a great producer with some age. The fruit was still pure and crisp.

The Roches Neuves approach to chenin is always artistic and individualistic. This wine is no different. Closed at first with a steel backbone of acidity, eventually minerality, fruit, and some delicious funk emerged. Looking forward to seeing how it progresses in the years to come.

One of the best merlots I've had in a minute. Beautiful elegant cherry driven fruit but the espresso, truffle, scorched earth notes were what really impressed and added complexity. Drinking really well right now, not sure exactly where it's headed, but it'll be fun to find out.

Stunning. Haven't had great Burgundy in a while. Beautiful florals and elegant fruit. Complex and had a long finish. Wish this wasn't our last bottle.

Classic Rocks district, very savory but still with crisp fresh dark fruit.

Simply stunning. The 2010 Brunellos continue to kill it and Fuligni might be one of the best. Especially at the price point.

Drank over two days. Honestly this might have been the best of four bottles. Classic Bordeaux, but just so much more open and elevated after being open for 24 hours.

Classic left bank. Somewhat diminished due to the vintage but still very good. Drink sooner rather than later.

I'm an idiot for not writing down my tasting notes two weeks ago when we drank this botte. It was complex and so damn delicious. The bottle was an underdog in a line up of big wines but swooped in at the end of the night to steal the show.

Still has time but has never really evolved past a simple but enjoyable GR Ribera del Duero over the 5 years and 3 bottles we've enjoyed.

I don't drink a lot of California cab but this was really enjoyable. Ripe red fruit dominate but in balance with the oak, acid, and structure. Cedar and sweet tobacco round out the nose and palate.

Beautiful lifted expression of syrah. Floral with lifted ripe black and blue fruit. Magnum to Magnum comparison with St. Cosme Cote Rotie 2015. Most preferred the Texier.

Absolutely perfect bottle considering the age. I was surprised how well this held up. Beautiful citrus, green apple, saline, with chalky minerality. Had it blind with friends most said Alsace but younger.

The fact that Reynvaan isn't mentioned in every conversation about the best American producers is a near tragedy. This wine is a perfect example of the absolute best in Washington state syrah. It's almost unfair that a wine can be this powerful yet still so elegant. Beautiful sweet dark fruit mixed with lavender enveloping smoky meaty unctuosness.

Incredible example of the current greatness of German pinot noir and the potential for the future. Fruit is still very primary, responsibly ripe raspberry and cherry. Complexity is beginning to emerge with fresh mushroom and truned earth mingling with the fruit.

Lavinea is one of the best under the radar chardonnay producers in the US. This wine is complex, elegant, and incredibly enjoyable. Crushed hazelnut, leesy, beautiful lemon acid backbone, a touch of Mersault like underripe banana. Great texture but still linear where it needs to be. Great value.

Really elegant example of right bank Bordeaux. The fruit which was mostly red was still very fresh. The structure and acid is holding up nicely to time. The most striking feature was the bright florals which I imagine will start to become more like potpourri in coming years. There was also quite a bit of menthol herbaceousness.

The wine looks straw colored. It smells like lemon, lime, apricot, passion fruit, pineapple, petrol and stoniness. It tastes like lime, lemon, apricot, passion fruit and pineapple. The body is light/medium. The wine has bright texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity.

Incredible expression of sauvignon blanc and Pouilly Fume. After warming up a touch the citrus was exhilarating, elegant, and so precise. Grape fruit, lemon, lime and a touch of melon especially on the palate. There was a slight flintiness in the minerality but overall just great crushed rock essence. The finish was forever.

Great very approachable example of the amazing German riesling of today. Tropical and citrus fruit along with herbaceous elements on the nose gives way to incredible slate minerality on the palate worth decent weight.

This bottle was a roller coaster. Right at opening there was a strong VA/floral almost Barolo like aroma dominating. After an hour this dark jammy shiraz like fruit took over. At the second hour it all came together beautifully. The VA blew off, the dark fruits became more elegant, leather, ash, and a great turned earth quality started to come through. Acid and structure were in great shape at 10 years.

Great value for Burgundy. The combination cherry, strawberry, and cranberry fruit combo had an elegant ripeness that has aged beautifully. Mushroom and slightly turned dry earth gave it a nice old world grounding. Slight spice from oak but just the right amount and well integrated.

Incredibly expressive fruit that was all over the spectrum from tropical to stone to citrus. The texture of the wine was phenomenal. Great acid and mineral backbone that should provide for years of aging. Great value GG.

Still seems quite young. I'm guessing it doesn't see hardly any new oak. Nice texture from some amount of malo or perhaps lees aging. Super salty at first, gave way to flowers, citrus, tart apple, and crushed rock. Very enjoyable.

This is our third and sadly last bottle of this wine. Every times I've opened one I've been impressed. Such an elegant complex expression of Pommard. It has big florals coupled with classic burgundy turned earth and mushrooms. Cherry and red currants round out the fruit but this wine is much more than the sum of it's parts. Very good Burgundy, the 2005s are stellar even after 15 years.

One of the most beautiful Cote Rotie wines I've ever had. The elegance and grace was mesmerizing. It still had all the power and robustness of syrah but with incredible finesse. Wish I had more than one bottle left.
