Great wine, drinking nice and with great balance. Lots of red fruit. Eucalyptus, tobacco and anise. Smooth as silk from beginning to end. Lots of tannins here still, but built into the wine well. Great pop in flavor and excellent grip on your mouth.

Good dirt, great flavor and still opening up. This has a lot of time left in the bottle. Fruit, vanilla, a bit of tobacco... tannins are nice and the finish goes on for a long time.

Like some others, I thought this wine was just a bit sweet. Tannins were a bit harsh and finish could have held on longer. Overall, I had high expectations, but this is not the best 2012 wine I have had and in the 50-60 range can think of a handful of others I prefer.

Still a lot of time in this one. Good tannin structure, nice fruit integration and silky mouth feel. Very good bottle of wine.

This wine is so good and a value for the quality. Blueberry, vanilla, anise all blend for a silky smooth flavor and velvety mouth feel. I have traditionally loved 2006 better than 2007, but this may change my mind, atleast for AG wines.

One of the best QPR's out there. Even with 15.4 alc, this is showing well. Hints of cocoa and coffee with the big red fruit. Silky on the finish, not long, but well done. Tannins are in check, oak is there but integrated. Overall worth checking out and worth drinking now. For a "California Red Wine" this sure tastes like Napa done well.

Just a really bold effort here. Still drinking nicely and will continue to evolve. Took over 3 hours to open up, and then the chocolate and dark cherry flavor ramped up. Oak is mellow and this was one of my favorites that night.

Need 3 hours to open up. Still big although the tannins have died down. Red fruit, tobacco, chocolate. This is still lively and will age for quite some time.

Wine is aging well. Lots of pop in that classic Napa Cab. Tobacco, vanilla, leather, red fruit all married nicely. Tannin's are smoothed out now, still pucker-worthy.

Big Syrah in Napa Valley fashion.... Big red fruits, good mouth feel, tannins were in check, but added to a big mouth fruit explosion.

Pop and pour. Nice blackberry, blueberry and tobacco. Big tannins still, tasting like I just tried it at the winery yesterday. Big finish with great weight. This is a full bodied wine with a lot more time to go. Lovely bottle, especially for the value when bought at the winery upon release.

Tight on open. After an hour decant, fruit forward, cherry, red fruit, and slight tobacco. Oak has come down since last drinking. Tannins are smooth after 90 minutes total in glass/decanter. Structure and Balance are good. Will drink more if I find it.... All out in the cellar....
