Ripe red and black fruit, spices and oak. PnP it wasn't super aromatic, but good balance. Tannins have softened, and except for a touch of heat on the nose, quite enjoyable.

Red and black fruit, floral and perfumed. Tannins are quite prominent PnP but soften nicely after a 2 hour decant. Unfortunately you can tell this vintage has less power and the intensity was noticeably lower after a decant. Very enjoyable now, but only time will tell if it has the intensity to continue to age.

Deep garnet colour.

Pronounced aromas of lavender, violet, strawberry, blackberry, cassis, anise, cinnamon, cedar, graphite, cigar box.

A little muted on the nose, even with some air. Orchard fruit, peaches, minerality and some toast. Is this going through a closed phase? Or would it have been better to drink younger? Regardless, very nice for the price.

Very earthy. After an hour of air the fruit starts to poke through, but still dominated by earth and spices. Bright acidity, supple tannins and a long finish. Enjoyable right now, especially with food, but definitely one for the cellar.

Decanted for 2 hours. A bit closed on the nose, but a very expressive palate. Plush dark fruit, soft spices, eucalyptus and some minerality. The oak is evident, but not overblown which should hopefully soften with age. No surprise this is still quite young, but I couldn't resist opening one. Would wait at least 5+ years to open another.
