Broken cork. Decanted 2 hours. Tasted like its big bother Latour but with a softer edge. Very earthy, with mellow tanins and hints of olive, currant and tobacco. At peak now.

Perfect cork, decanted 2 hours. Very dark red. Hints of pencil lead, black cherry and earth. The longer the wine was in the decanter, the smoother and more harmonious it became. Seems to be at peak now.

Magnum with perfect cork. Decanted three hours. The wine seems to be peaking now. The tanins are very soft and the wine hints tobacco, soil, blackberry and graphite.

Decanted for 2 hours, perfect cork. Not as peppery as many syrahs I have experienced. Smooth, elegant and soft. Lots of fruity tastes which continued to evolve and change over the course of 2 hours drinking bottle. Wine appears to be at peak now.

- Crimsom color. It's lacking fruit with a light/medium body. Narrow texture with a short finish - Perfect cork. Decanted for 1 hour. Nice Pinot but it's best days are behind it. Muted with dulling fruits.

- Garnet color - Near perfect cork. Decanted for 3 hours. Wine evolved continuously over period. Deep burgundy color with very little sediment. Hints of tobacco, dried fruit and mild capers. Very soft tannins. Wine appears to be at peak with modest decay of fruitiness. Solid 94.

not bad, rate a 92. decanted for several hours and the result was a mellow, smooth, yet slightly tanic experience
