BURGHen Boy and bluedogwine are right on target with this amazing juice. This is not your wine guzzling oak monster Cali Chard. I am very impressed by the full body and finesse, but needs about 20 minutes to open up. I served with a hearty grilled red snapper on a bed of seasoned veggies and garlic mashed potatoes. I am a red wine lover that can enjoy a red wine at Sunday brunch. I now have a go to delicious white wine which will please all. I grabbed two cases for an upcoming event!

Deep dark juice blend. Needs 3 hour decant or a few more years in cellar. Big time tannis with great potential. In for 6 bottles.

92 pnv first glass with veal meatballs and risotto. Deep dark mouth drying fruit. What a great food wine for sure.

88 glass two an hour later did someone switch bottles? Keep an eye on the clock if you open a bottle. Perhaps this could last another 5 years but if you open be prepared to enjoy within hour.

I hope I am wrong as I have two more bottles.

Opened and decanted 30 minutes for Christmas dinner. I enjoyed this wine at Justin's inn And at chateau for a wine society tasting. I am hoping for bottle variation. Cork seemed fine. I will withhold a rating as perhaps it did not need a decant.

Absolutely delicious with grilled/smoked pork. Lots of deep dark fruit and flavor profile shifts over the course of the bottle so it just keeps being interesting...for xmas eve

Day 3. From frig. This wine is the energizer bunny. Served on cool side.
Day 2 from counter. Remaining tannins are gone still long finish. No edges.
Day 1 pnv. Took a half hour to open up. Dark smoke bacon cider box full bodied juice.
Ok for like 10 bucks after all discounts from CH, what is going to replace this from Napa?
