Six Singing Bottles (Our Los Olivos Home): My last bottle was primary and a touch sweet. Fast forward three years, and this is in a pretty special place. The nose shows crisp orchard fruit and a touch of lemon. A very harmonious palate, mature but fresh, very good length. There's just a touch of marzipan starting to show. I won't rush to consume, nor do I see a reason to wait.

Subtle reduction with fresh tree fruits, mild waxy sweet oak. Fairly straight forward on the nose with alcohol creeping up on the palate. Gentle extraction but the least concentrated of the flight. Also my least favourite of the flight. My guess: Colin Deleger 2015? (from its lighter concentration compared to the rest of En Remilly.) (87/100)

En Remilly & Clos St Jacques night (110 Taillevent London): Identified correctly as 2015. A pleasant wine and drinking very well now but too my palate a bit too obvious and simple with the sweet ripeness of the vintage offering very enjoyable honey and sweet pear but not enough structure. My #3/4 of the flight - a wine that in my mind is better drunk young as I don't think the structure for a long life is there.

Pale straw. Concentrated, almost rich flavors. Yet hard to put a finger on any one: light peach, touch of lemon, peach stones, stones-in-general(?), talc, coconut, hint of sweet. Definitely not boring. Nice now, but I wonder what 3-5 years would do for this one.

Straightforward, a touch too sweet for my liking, but could develop more nuance in time as this came off as rather primary.
