Pronounced nose intensity with notes of vanilla, flora, ripe yellow fruits, honey, toast. High acidity. Very long finish. Probably the best Chevalier I drank. Lucky to get a good bottle.

(Domaine Leflaive Chevalier-Montrachet) Light yellow color; deeper lemon, baked lemon and mineral nose; young, but solid, lemon and acacia palate with a lot of the same qualities as the '06 1er Crus, but deeper; medium-plus finish 92+ pts.

Oxidation advanced. Drinkable but not particularly enjoyable.

You feel the warmer vintage but still good acidity structure and well balanced. I would wait not much longer. 94

More advanced than desired - but still drinkable with a cheese course. I would blend with something fresher.
