  Dom Pérignon / Vosne-Romanée Tasting-cum-Lunch (Restaurant Slagerij De Beurs, Amsterdam, NL): Second bottle from a full case. Lacks charm. Neither here nor there. Spicy, ripe fruit, not really disjointed but not really together either, quite tannic, drying finish.

  Lovely villlsge wine. Clear red with just a lighter edge. Medium red fruit with dark undertones. Eminently balanced with medium length and weight. Dry roses on the nose. In the heart of its drinking window. Excellent. Opened 3 hours ahead with a 75 minute decant.

  First bottle from en primeur case. Brick red to orange at the rim - looking mature. Floral nose of rose and violets, some blackberry fruit too. Medium bodied, still firm, fruit slightly lacking. Villages bottling so temper your expectations: I think this is very much ready for business and limited upside from holding further.

  开瓶出来酒塞还算比较干净，浸塞也才1/3，但是酒色偏砖红了，让人担心已老去。醒酒一段时间（大约20分钟）后，透出熟樱桃和番茄的混合味，带有VR村的典型香料。虽然酒标是13度，但是感觉酒精并没有隐藏得很完美，稍有灼热感。可能由于热年酸度还是欠了点，稍显厚重了。这瓶酒属于已经成熟，不认为再放还有很大提升。
