  18 mois après et c’est une très belle bouteille.
  Beaucoup de finesse de fruits, de roses, de ronces, soutenue par une belle acidité. Harmonie générale. Longueur extra.
  A boire avec de la réserve.

  Nose was still fresh. Mid palate begins to fade to Avery soft finish. Very nice wine but time to drink up.

  2002 Pousse D'OR Volnay 1o Cru Clos de la Bouse D'OR
  
  Cellared since purchase on release
  Decanted for 30 minutes and tasted on 10/27/2022
  Garnet in the glass and brown at the rim.
  The nose was complex consisting of mature red fruits, and tertiary notes of sous bois, and tobacco.
  The palate revealed beautifully mature sour cherry and blackberry fruit, silky integrated tannins, all in good balance. The wine was extremely complex, changing repeatedly over 3 hours. It featured the 20 second finish.
  This was a beautifully mature burgundy giving great pleasure and the wine of the Volnay tasting.
