Förmodligen behöver det luftas mer (1/2-dag?). Värt att notera till de resterande flaskorna. Röda bär. Tanniner balanserade/avrundade. Oxid. Brun kant. Ganska tunt men aningen pepprigt?

Medium garnet colour. Nose: Quite muted. It literally took a couple of hours to really open up. Black olives, blackberries, fennel, aniseed, rosemary, field strawberries, dark plums, leather, and black cherries, hint of dark liquorice and something vegetal. (89p) Taste: Fruity in a structured and tannic way. The tannins are quite rounded and not too astringent and the fruitiness is almost sweet, so there is a nice play between dryness and sweetness (this should evolve interestingly in the future). The body is medium. The exit is fruity with some plum sweetness and the aftertaste is long, peppery and slightly drying. (88p) All in all an interesting and well made food wine which is rich and (already) complex enough to also be enjoyed on its own. Total score 88 points (with a potential for upgrading with time).
