  Great Barolo: leather, cherry, tobacco leaf, prune, soft tannins, strawberry, tar, medium body, acidic aftertaste.

  Three hours in the decanter. Dark in color, with orange notes on edge. Viscous. Highlight is nose of spice, rose, earth, black fruit. Tannic and acidity on palate.

  BBQ Maison (Palmer, Colin, Ratti,...) (Chez moi): De mémoire, passé en carafe.
  Le nez est moins prononcé que dans le vin précédent mais, au palais, il montre beaucoup de classe, de structure, superbe longueur
