  Off the list at Zero Otto Nuove in nyc. The most basic of the wines and yet still wonderful. Light and elegant and pretty. Drank with some friends who are less wine obsessed and they really enjoyed it as well.

  Decanted for about an hour before the first glass, consumed over the next 2.5 hours or so. Would do a longer decant next time.
