  What a great wine. The 1982 Paul Sauer is in great shape with another 3-5+years ahead. I had this one already 1 year ago from a different source and it was tired. This bottle was singing. The wine needed 1 hours of air until showing full potential. Old school Bordeaux. Red berries, black and red cherry, a hint of mint and cedar wood. Stunning.
