Beautiful and rustic bouquet with dark berries, green bell pepper and cigar box. On the palate juicy dark berries, beautiful oak and chocolate. Good acidity and soft tannin. Completely ready now. Beautiful and complex wine.

From memory: Deep red. Open nose of cigar box, ripe cherries and vanilla. Silky smooth palate. Medium fresh and pleasant fruit. Resembles a Bordeaux, but a bit more varm fruit. Smooth tannins. Good lenght. Still holding very well. Little signs of aging. Very nice.

This wonderfully smooth and mature Bordeaux blend has been improving from bottle to bottle and is at its top. Fresh ripe berries, chocolate, leather in the nose. Medium bodied, well balanced, with ample mature fruit, chocolate, cedar, roasted aromas, nicely contrasted by a fresh, mentholic finish. Golden rule to have Paul Sauer at 15 years. True drinking pleasure.
