  Lots of tart cherry, some savory notes, mature but not too old.

  Still hanging in there. Chocolate, tobacco; some richness/complexity and moderately lingering.

  Transformed from a muscular '86 to a silky, complex wine. Still some acidity and only slightly brown. Tired, however and I should have consumed it 10 years ago. My cost in the late '80's, $12.70.
