Amazing toasty aroma, plenty of apple and pineapple going on, a complex deep golden colour with maybe a hint of blush going on! Still plenty of mouse left. Needed a few minutes to let the cobwebs fade away and she was drinking beautifully. Don't drink it too cold or you won't get the best out of it.

Drank in Reims - really rich, the pinot noir had taken on the qualities of Burgundy, it actually somewhat reminded me of a young version of the ’28, with some of the same peach & apricot notes. Really good, but perfect storage and never having left Reims helps.
