Looked the most advanced of the three and was the only one to show any caramel. It was rich and creamy with toffee apple flavours running through the palate. It was also extremely long on the finish.

In half bottle. Toffee, caramel, herbs and marzipan on the nose and palate. It is still alive with some acidity. Very enjoyable.

In half bottle. Though slightly oxidized, it still contained all the quality of an aged chardonnay.

rich and ripe, toffee and butterscotch on the nose, I was just amazed by how many burgundian characteristics I found in the wine
