Very good, oak & tobacco on the nose and then rich plummy fruit with some secondary characters starting to show through - well judged oak and pleasing acid backed by smooth round tannins (aerated & 45 minute decant) - still got a few years ahead of it

Reductive to start with but this blows away after an hour - starting to build real hunter character - sweaty leather and a nice sous bois character with plenty of rich mixed fruit and super fine drying powdery tannins - very very good and will improve further

Red purple colour. Very savoury aromas - meats, smoke, leather, pepper. The flavours are primarily black fruits, but with hints of raspberry/red cherry also, and a strong influence of charcuterie, leather and earth. Very complex - it keeps you very intersted. Needs food.

Velvety dark Shiraz. Begins with a bold fruity nose, inviting blackberry and earthiness. Once settling on the palette a wonder of flavor and balance. Incredible.

A smooth yet powerful Shiraz from the Hunter Valley. Less overt alcohol than is usual in Australian Shiraz. Lots of black fruit on the palate. A good balanced of tannin, acidity and fruit. Bought direct from the winery on my travels last January.
