  Northern California dinner - with David and P, Bud and L - excellent wine - smooth texture very pronounced eucalyptus smells - resiny almost. Fruit intensity long finish - not at its peak but drinking well - gamey flavours - could have been confused with a shiraz. This wine could only come from Australia. Amazing amounts of sediment coated the sides of the bottle.
