  From 3L. Initially quite austere. After ~3 hours decant, really opened up with lovely secondary and tertiary notes

  This is still drinking really well. Decanted for about 4-5 hours. It is as smooth as silk. Highly recommend opening now. That said, it’ll still be singing in a year.

  Just fantastic out of the gate and never lost momentum. Red fruit, great acid, medium+ finish. Heavenly good.

  Iron, dark earth, autumn spice, tangy red fruits, nice acidity. Long, electric finish. Needs air.
