Rich nose, high intensity of ripe red and black fruit, a few overripe notes, prunes. Palate is rich too, high acidity, big tannins, very fresh red and black fruit, the oak is more upfront here than the nose, it still is very fresh, ends with a med to long finish

30% of the grapes are sundried for 20 days, stalks on, then 2 years in the bottle with the end result having 200 gr/lt of sugar. Beautiful nose, ripe lime, pineapple and peach, the wine overall has a warm character, a bit jammy but also with a nice acidity that gives an overall light touch. The wine offers great complexity, not cloying and ends with a long finish

High yeasty notes, quite acidic, citrus, a lot of carbonation that immediately gets lost, subtle citrus notes in the palate, short finish. I was told that this wine spent 30 months on its lees, but it certainly lacks the complexity

WOW! Trying the other 3 wines of the estate beforehand, nothing prepared me for this one. The grapes come from the Refrontolo village, 3ha in total with the age of the vines being 3-15 yo. Very beautiful, sweet but also well refined nose, the same goes for the palate as well, ripe green apple and pear, mint, fresh with nice mouthfeel, med+ to long finish, balancing 22gr of sugar.
Outstanding quality, probably the best Prosecco I’ve ever tried!
