Finely perfumed and youthful on the nose with - oh yes - smoke and earth, lively sour-cherry and wild raspberries. Lots of refreshing acidity, light to medium-bodied palate, not a lot of depth but rather enjoyable and ethereal in a silky style. Fair brightness and tension throughout, spicy and savoury. Interesting soft personality and expression. Ends on a fruit-driven note! |
