Aroma / bouquet: Aangenaam, in deze fase vooral donker en fruitgedreven aroma, donker fruit zoals zwarte bessen en bramen. Smaak / Afdronk: Mondvullend en aangenaam. Beperkte maar aaangenaam-lactische zuurgraad, romig-zachte tannines, een indrukwekkende vulling en (helaas) 15,5% alcohol. Maar bij de juiste serveertemperatuur (15°C) toont deze wijn zich geweldig aangenaam en gebalanceerd. Algemeen / potentieel: Meer dan aangename Aussie-Shiraz, al vele jaren een regelmatig terugkerende waarde in mijn kelder. Op dit moment nog serieus jeugdig, maar geweldig mooi drinkbaar. 50 + Kleur: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 11 + Smaak / Afdronk: 16 + Algemeen / potentieel: 8 = 90/100 |
